Journey Watch Mobile Concepts

PROJECT

Create high fidelity prototypes of a Journey Tracking iOS Application. Bridge the executive dash board application concepts to the, analysis-focused, flagship product suite.

DESIGN

The Journey Watch dashboard concepts provided executive personas with immediate understanding and tracking of their customer’s experiences. Executive owners are enabled to track positive and negative KPIs across all customer interactions and delegate tasks to management teams across the enterprise.

PROCESS

Stakeholders were interviewed from the sales, marketing, and product teams to provide an initial goal and problem statement. Once reviewed, sketches and concepts were generated to target specific goals of the Executive persons:

Display KPI Journey Data
Mobile application design
Quick understanding of negative and positive outcomes
Top to bottom; Journey to channel hierarchy
Include the iScore (impact score) Data Science concept

Preliminary concepts were reviewed with the stakeholders, design team, and specific Journey Owners within the origination. Based on aggregated feedback, I produced the final concepts below.
