PROJECT

Platform Console provides internal Nike employees with engineering resources, documentation, software tools, and customer support. I helped define the next generation of the Internal Developer Experience by providing qualitative user feedback based on NPS reviews, improving pain points through Pendo and Qualtrics analytic insights, and supporting 3 International engineering teams with pixel perfect and well tested UX designs.
